In addition, Onvo will not and cannot censor or edit the content of any third-party site. By using the Service, you expressly acknowledge and agree that Onvo shall not be responsible for any damages, claims or other liability arising from or related to your use of any third-party website.

You agree that you will not (i) submit material that is copyrighted, protected by trade secret or otherwise subject to third party proprietary rights, including privacy and publicity rights, unless you are the owner of such rights or have permission from their rightful owner to post the material and to grant Onvo all of the license rights granted herein; (ii) publish falsehoods or misrepresentations that could damage Onvo or any third party; (iii) submit material that is unlawful, obscene, defamatory, libellous, threatening, harassing, hateful, racially or ethnically offensive, or encourages conduct that would be considered a criminal offense, give rise to civil liability, violate any law, or is otherwise inappropriate; (iv) send or store material containing software viruses, worms, Trojan horses or other harmful computer code, files, scripts, agents or programs; (v) interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service or the data contained therein (vi) impersonate someone else. Onvo has a zero-tolerance policy towards content that exploits children. We reserve the right to terminate the accounts of any user found publishing or distributing child sexual abuse imagery. We will also report that user to law enforcement. You agree to not indulge in any form of harassment using the Onvo service and any offensive content along these lines will result in the termination of your Onvo account.

Onvo holds the right to terminate your account if you are found guilty of violating any of these terms of content submission. Onvo reserves the right to determine whether any content submitted by a user is appropriate or in violation of these Terms of Service.

The design of the Onvo Service, alongside any text, scripts, graphics, interactive features, trademarks, logos, and icons created by Onvo is owned and licensed to Onvo, subject to copyright and other intellectual property rights under Indian law, and foreign laws and international conventions. The Service is provided to you AS IS for your information and personal use only. You agree to not engage in the use, copying, or distribution of any of these aforementioned features for personal or commercial purposes.

You agree to that in no event, shall Onvo or its employees be liable to you for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages whatsoever resulting from (I) any errors or inaccuracies of content, (II) any bugs or viruses or the like which may be transmitted through our Service by any third party, (III) any errors or omissions in an y content or for any loss or damage of any kind caused by your use of any content posted, transmitted, or otherwise made available by the Onvo Service, (IV) any losses or delays in transmission of messages or material you access arising out of the use of any Internet access service provider or mobile network service provider, (V) any unauthorised use or interception of any message or information before it reaches the Onvo Service platforms or our servers, (VI) malfunctions in communications facilities which cannot reasonably be considered to be under our control and that may affect the accuracy or timeliness of messages you send or the material you access via the Onvo Service. You specifically acknowledge that Onvo shall not be liable for the defamatory, offensive, or illegal conduct of any third party and that the risk of harm or damage from the aforementioned rests entirely with you.

You affirm that you are at least 13 years old as the Onvo Service is not intended for children under the age of 13. If you are younger than 13, you are not permitted to use the Onvo Service.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time, and it is your responsibility to review these Terms of Service for any changes. If a revision is intended, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, your only recourse is to discontinue the use of the Onvo Service. Your continued use of the Onvo Service constitutes your agreement to these terms and any amendments.
